Meet Jim
James "Jim" Fish has lived in the Destin area since 1975 and attended grade school through the local college. Growing up, Jim enjoyed the outdoors, whether it was fishing off the pier, or from the miles and miles of shoreline, or even snorkeling the local waters. When he wasn’t fishing, he was water skiing with lifelong friends or just hanging out at the beaches of Fort Walton or Destin. After high school, Jim worked as a military and local law enforcement officer until 1998, when the entrepreneurial bug bit him hard. He has started, purchased and sold (most in the 6-figure range) more than 6 successful businesses.
After his latest rental business sale that catered to tourists coming on vacation with small children, Jim decided to put his 20+ years of tourist industry knowledge to use. His vast knowledge of the area for 45 years, some being as a business owner, investor, and landlord, sets him apart from other real estate agents in the area.
